4 Cocktails to impress your loved ones

We're super-duper excited to introduce you to our NEW Sea to Sky Special Edition Flavours! ⁠

These four flavours were picked by YOU, our amazing customers and now we're stoked for you to enjoy them through the winter too! ⁠This lineup brings together your favourite and most requested flavours from our Farmers’ Markets this past summer. To properly showcase these tasty new flavours we’ve put together four cocktail recipes for you to share with your favourite people during the month of love (each recipe makes 2 cocktails).

And you can simply cut out the booze and add a bit more kombucha to create mocktails for Dry Feb!


💕 Raspberry Sour 💕
Raspberries, raspberries plus an extra handful of raspberries

Whether you’re spending a night in the wild, at your favourite local spot in town, or just snuggled up by the fire at home, Raspberry Sour is a perfect, not too sweet sip to keep the good times flowing!⁠ This very berry mix was one of our biggest fan favourites at the Sea to Sky Farmers’ Markets this year.

Raspberry & Vanilla Gin Smash
(Valentine’s / Galantine’s Day Special)

- 10 fresh raspberries
- 1 tbsp Raspberry Vanilla Frost Bites Cordial
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 cup ice
- 4 oz Raspberry Sour kombucha
- Mint leaves to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add raspberries and Raspberry Vanilla Cordial to a cocktail shaker and gently crush them together. 

Add the gin and ice and shake well. 

Pour into your glass and top up with Raspberry Sour kombucha.

Add some mint for garnish.


🥭 Mango Breeze 🥭
Straight up Mango

Keep your thirst quenched during long adventures in the mountains, with an infusion of probiotics and Mango. Whether you’re getting after your favourite backcountry lines or cruising Peak to Creek, Mango Breeze will have your energy levels naturally replenished and ready to shred more laps this winter!

Mango Mimosas

- 4 oz sparkling wine
- 4 oz Mango Breeze 
- Pineapple and kiwi chips to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS:

Pour 4 oz of champagne into each champagne glass. 

Top up the glass with 2 oz of Mango Breeze kombucha and garnish with pineapple and kiwi chips. 


🌊 Oceania 🌊
Blue Spirulina, Mint and Citrus

Oceania combines refreshing lemon and lime with cool mint and blue spirulina, creating a bright and light brew, easy to guzzle down all day long!⁠ After years of pouring this flavour throughout the Sea to Sky On-Tap, it’s now bottled and here for a good time, not a long time

Sparkling Blue Lagoon

- 2 oz vodka
- 8 oz Oceania
- lemon wheels

INSTRUCTIONS:

Add 2 lemon wheels and ice to your cocktail glasses and pour 2 oz of your favourite vodka. 

Top up with 4 oz of Oceania kombucha and garnish with mint.


🌴 Tropical Ginger 🌴
Ginger with a hint of mango

As the ocean winds blow, Tropical Ginger will have you reminiscing of sandy toes, palm trees and long warm sunsets. Whether you’re high up on The Chief, or ripping through the ocean water, a post-adventure bottle of Tropical Ginger is waiting to be crushed!⁠ This brew brings island paradise flavours to the Howe Sound.⁠

Tropical Margaritas

- 2 oz tequila
- 1 oz Triple Sec
- ½ fresh lime juice
- 2 tbsp simple syrup or cordial
- 4 oz Tropical Ginger kombucha
- mango chips and salt (or sugar) rim
- lime to garnish

INSTRUCTIONS

Rub rim of your margarita glass with lime wedge and dip in salt and crushed mango chip mix. Fill glass with ice.

In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, squeeze juice from half a lime. 

Add tequila, triple sec and simple syrup or cordial to the shaker and mix until thoroughly chilled. 

Pour into prepared glass and top with Tropical Ginger kombucha. 

Garnish with a lime wedge.
