WHO WE ARE

Spark Kombucha is female founded and run by Ellen We in Squamish, BC.

It was love at first sip when Ellen tried a bottle of kombucha for the very first time. The fizzy and slightly tart flavour, along with the digestive benefits soon became an obsession that sparked her home brewing adventure. After sharing her DIY brew with friends, Ellen took it to the streets… we mean the local farmers markets in Whistler, Squamish, and Vancouver! It wasn’t long before Spark Kombucha was setting up fill stations in cafes, restaurants, and grocery stores throughout the Sea to Sky and Vancouver.

HOW WE BREW

Spark Kombucha is proudly handcrafted in Squamish, BC. We brew with you in mind, to celebrate and support our vibrant West Coast lifestyles with a healthy choice that is simple, easy, and awesome tasting. Our Bubbles with Benefits are handcrafted in small batches using local, organic ingredients.

With only 4g sugar and 20 calories per serving, Spark Kombucha is dry (not so sweet), lightly flavoured, and finishes crisp and clean. Our kombucha is raw and unpasteurized, giving props to the living cultures in the naturally fermented and functional brew.
