KOMBUCHA Recipes to Keep You Cool THIS SUMMER

Summer is finally here and we’ve been outside soaking up the sun and Vitamin D every chance we have! To beat the heat, we’ve put together a few recipes for tasty treats that will keep you cool this summer. Of course you could just sip on a chilled glass filled with Spark Kombucha in your favourite flavour, but there’s also so much more you can do with each of our flavours!

KOMBUCHA Ice Pops

Kombucha-sicles? Yes please! Give the classic popsicle a fun (and healthy) upgrade by making it with kombucha instead of juice. Here’s a few of our favourite fresh fruit flavour combinations…

Raspberry Sour

Mint Lime

  • Fresh Lime

  • Fresh Mint

Mango Breeze

  • Fresh Mango

  • Fresh Kiwi

OCEANIA

Don’t have popsicle molds? Use an ice cube tray instead and add the kombucha cubes to a glass of soda water or your favourite cocktail for a quick hint of flavour and fizz!

 

KOMBUCHA Summer Cocktails

Blue SparkLING Lagoon

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

  • 4 oz vodka

  • 8 oz Oceania kombucha

  • 4 lemon wheels

  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  • Add ice and 2 lemon wheels to each cocktail glass 

  • Pour 2 oz of your favourite vodka in each glass

  • Top up with 4 oz of Oceania kombucha each

  • Garnish with mint and enjoy!

BLUEBERRY MINT MOCKTAIL

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

  • 16oz your favourite Kombucha

  • Blueberries

  • Fresh Mint

  • Water

  • Ice cube tray

Instructions:

  • Freeze mint & blueberries with water in an ice cube tray

  • Fill a Growler of your favourite Spark Kombucha (FIND OUR FILL STATIONS HERE)

  • Top up a glass with the ice and booch

  • Garnish with mint and enjoy!

Lemon Hibiscus Fizz

Ingredients (makes 2 servings):

  • 2 cups of ice

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced

  • 2oz of your favourite gin (or skip it to stay dry!)

  • 2 tsp Frostbites hibiscus & lemon syrup 

  • 1 x 500 ml bottle Berry Hibiscus Kombucha

Instructions:

  1. Split the ice between two glasses, add lemon slices

  2. Add 1 tsp of frostbites syrup to each glass, top with 1 oz of gin and Berry Hibiscus Kombucha

  3. Stir and garnish (we used dried hibiscus)
