NEXT UP! THE SPARK KOMBUCHA NO GUTS, NO GLORY STORY - PART 3

Ellen We didn’t know what she was in for back in 2015 when she started her kombucha journey, which you can read about in Part 1 of this series. What started as a personal desire for a tasty functional beverage, has now turned into a growing brand and local favourite kombucha. Not sure what kombucha is, check out Part 2 of this series to learn about that and what set’s Spark apart. This week is all about what’s next for Spark Kombucha and Ellen has some big plans! 

From growler refills, to bottles, the next request Ellen started to get was for more information on how people could start brewing at home. Ellen believes it’s important to empower more people to make kombucha or be a part of the kombucha revolution because the more people are involved, the more exposure and awareness everyone has. From these requests, Ellen carefully curated the Spark Kombucha Home Brew Kit so you can make your own style of kombucha at home. 

Ellen says:

“I hope that one day all of the sugary artificial soft drink products are obsolete and store shelves are filled with functional, healthy beverages, and there’s only one way to do that. That’s to make kombucha normal, make all functional beverages normal. So we’ve got to bring it into the house, where people can make it their own.” 

Through her years of brewing at home and remembering the hesitations she had when she was first learning about kombucha, Ellen has put together a home brewing kit that includes everything you’ll need to get started. No need to scour the internet or buy 100 pieces of something, Ellen has thought of it all. 

Spark makes it easy for you to develop your own system, using the kit as the guideline. You can be sure your brew starts out super healthy and then ends up where it’s supposed to.
