Spark Kombucha began serving uniquely dry brews in 2015 at the Whistler, Squamish and Vancouver Farmer's Market. It all started as a passion project for founder Ellen to share this gut healthy beverage with the community while remaining grounded in an environmentally friendly way. Now, we are on a mission to spread the kombucha love one growler at a time.

We have been serving our kombucha across British Columbia grocers, markets and cafes with our Fill Stations so you can grab a cup or refill your growler. Spark Kombucha is exclusively on tap so we specialize in the on tap service. Working with chefs, mixologists and local health authority professionals, you can experience kombucha in creative ways and with innovative practices so you can feel good about doing it the sustainable way.
