Spark Kombucha began serving uniquely dry brews in 2015 at the Whistler & Squamish Farmer's Market. What started as a passion project to share this gut healthy beverage with the community while remaining grounded in an environmentally friendly way, founder Ellen has grown it into what it is today. Now, we are on a mission to spread the kombucha love one growler at a time.
